Description:
If you are a coffee enthusiast like me, you'd enjoy this one. No machine needed, but the bonus is, when you get to the bottom of your cup, you can always swallow the coffee grounds left [I don't care about it much, tho]. If you do this recipe right, you can get crema on your coffee, just as espresso would have. Yum!

Ingredients:
2 tsp of Kopi Kapal Api Spesial [they should be paying me for this]
2 or less tsp of sugar [depends on your sweet teeth]
a cup of boiling water

Directions:
put your teaspoon[s] of sugar, then put in the coffee, pour [only] boiling water. Let the mixture to sit in for about 30 seconds, and stir.

lah ini kan kopi kapal api spesial, I just have my own way to do it. Sebenernya lebih bagus kalo pake penyaring itu sih, nanti gue update lagi kalo gue udah mbrojol. Gue jadi ngga suka kopi kapal api soalnya :D

Isn't it just the usual way of making "kopi tubruk"? What's the diff then?

iya sih... tapi gue suka frustrated sama orang ya gak ngerti karakter kopi tubruk, jadi bikin kopi engga pake air mendidih tapi pake air panas biasa, terus langsung dikocok, yang tidak memberi kesempatan buat serbuknya untuk 'mengembang' dan sisanya mengendap dengan baik. Kalo pake cara gue ini, dijamin engga ada serbuk kopi yang ngambang dan bikin seret...

Malah jd tambah penasaran (maaf ya!:p), bukannya gula itu malah nurunin suhu air nya, yg artinya malah ngurangi kesempatan bubuk kopi nya buat jd matang dong?
FYI, kalo gue sih, pake cara gampang aja akhirnya; pake air mendidih pastinya, tapi tanpa gula. Rasa kopi lebih "keluar", menghemat resiko diabetes, plus ngirit kagak beli gula.. ahahaha..

sugar and coffee supposed to compliment each other, if the coffee taste jadi gak keluar, berarti u put too much sugar in it... stop by my house sometimes... I'll make u a cup...
